OSS booby trap firing device.

OSS M1 pull fuze with firing device attachment. This particular device was used to intiate a booby trap where a gun is designed to fire along fixed lines intiated by a trip wire. The M1 pull fuze has a locking attachment to fix the device to a gun and then an arm which would depress a trigger when the pull fuze was tripped. In excellent condition and strippable.

Superb example of a British Wolseley helmet with a pagri flash to the 9th (Kabul 1842) Light How. Bty. Originally a mountain battery the honour title was granted in commemoration of the ancestor battery's part in the 1st Afghan War.
